Hyundai are one
of the most popular budget cars from the Far East with a reputation for
reliability and longevity. The Amica is typical of this new breed of reasonably priced
small cars. It has a huge amount of room
for a small car. And the boot is a good size too – especially when the seats
are folded.
It was owned from
2003 by an elderly gentleman in Bridport. It was inherited by his brother in law after
he died and sat in the garage since 2017.
The mileage shows just over 22,000 miles and this is backed up by a full
service history with 4 service stamps in the book. It has just had a new battery.
It drives without
fault and it comes with a fresh MOT test.
One usually finds that older people tend to keep their cars very well
maintained and this one would bear that out as it drives superbly.
It is very well
equipped with power steering, central locking, air conditioning (which probably
needs recharging). It is very tidy throughout with no significant damage to
report.
Having a 1 litre engine, it is very cheap to run being economical on fuel, cheap to insure and cheap to tax.
